Brazilian beans are known for their richness and balance—deep cocoa, roasted nuts, and a smooth body that feels familiar from the first cup. Roasted slowly in small batches at 7,844 feet above sea level, the thin mountain air sharpens the sweetness while preserving the depth beneath it.
