Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping

Rune & Roast Syndicate currently ships only within the United States.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we generally do not accept returns of opened coffee products.

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion.

  • Customers may cancel future subscription shipments at any time through their account or by contacting us.

  • Subscription pricing and shipping schedules may change with notice.

  • Changes made after an order has processed may apply to future shipments only.
