Shipping Locations
Rune & Roast Syndicate currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package appears lost:

Rune & Roast Syndicate is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where an error was made by Rune & Roast Syndicate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been roasted, packed, or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
