Refund & Return Policy

At Rune & Roast Syndicate, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly roasted coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues with your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we are generally unable to accept returns on coffee once it has been shipped.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Used products

  • Products purchased more than 7 days prior

  • Personal taste preferences

Because coffee is a natural product, flavor notes and characteristics may vary slightly between batches.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged during transit

  • The product is defective

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Replacements

In certain situations, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been roasted, packed, or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error made by Rune & Roast Syndicate.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

While we will assist where possible, Rune & Roast Syndicate is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
